I raise, train and love miniature horses in Arizona. I've learned a lot about small equines in the past 5 years and thought I'd share the information in a blog, rather than playing email tag with the people who ask me questions about them.

NEW FILLY!!!
(Trust me, more to follow, for years, with video lol)
I REALLY need to check this email more often! She's turning into quite the darling child too! She gets prettier, feistier and cuter as the days roll by.
I think blogger has been having some issues lately. It doesn't let me enlarge or color my font, it didn't want me to post on your page earlier today, but at least it did let me "follow" your page yesterday.
Little Drama just gets prettier every day. I need to post her videos and more recent photos. She's a knockout, just like her daddy. She should mature about his size and I'll finally have a matched team of driving horses!
Thanks for the two blogs you suggested I read. They were really informative and I will always keep the fatty liver problem at mind in case we are to ever have a problem with either of our boys! I am so glad to say though that I think we figured out the problem. When I went back to the stables around 5pm one of the horses that is a roommate to my boys was in a different pasture. We is a bit of a pest and does create problem when getting them out sometimes his owner I was told hasn't been there to work with him in months and he is young and needs alot of training and attention. I asked the stable owner why he had been moved to the back pasture and she respond by telling me that she was tired of him giving me a problem when getting the boys out. Yes, he is annoying but I had never complained and I rarely see her out around the stables when I am getting them out so how would she know this I thought? I honestly think he was being a bully to my HORSES not me but she didn't want to tell me that and made up the excuse instead. I went in to the pasture and had zero problem getting him out he stood and let me hook up his lead line! When I returned Cowboy back after we here finished for the night he actually stayed at the gate instead of running off immediately. So now instead of 3 big roommates the boys have only 2 and I know they have no trouble with the 2 that are still in there they are very sweet! They are 2 older MSU polo horses and are very "mommyish" to my boys and Cowboy has a crush on one of them and she is pretty fond of him too, they follow eachother around all the time. What a relief to know that was more than likely his problem! I'm sure he is resting easy right now and will be even better spirited tomorrow! Fingers crossed!
Congratulations! She's beautiful!
